Pina Colada Dessert/Salad

​

1    - 20 oz can crushed pineapple WITH juice

1    - 3 1/2 oz Vanilla Instant Pudding 

1/2   cup flaked coconut

1    - 8 oz Cool Whip

1    - 3 oz cream cheese (softened)

1/3  cup granular sugar

​

 

Stir together pineapple and dry pudding.  Add coconut and Cool Whip.

 

In separate bowl with mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended.  Fold into pineapple and Cool Whip mixture. 

 

Pour into 9 x 13 pan.  Top with crushed pecans if desired. 

 

Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
